$40,000 base salary + uncapped commission. You keep 25% on every upgrade and 50% of the profit on all new business — with no cap. The harder you hunt, the more you make.

  • You have 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of hitting (and beating) quota.
  • You’re comfortable selling into larger organizations and navigating multiple stakeholders.
  • You can run a full sales cycle independently — from prospecting to close to renewal.
  • You hold yourself to a high standard and bring energy every single day.
  • You want uncapped upside and the autonomy to go get it.

What you’ll actually do

Own a portfolio of high-value accounts and target new strategic business. Guide companies through how they lease, buy, or subscribe to the technology that runs their day — then stay their trusted advisor long after the sale. You’ll be accountable for your pipeline, your numbers, and the strength of every relationship you build for Scott Technology Group. You’ll be expected to sell $600,000 per year in equipment.
